Condor Airlines is one of Germany’s best-known charter airlines. Founded in 1955, and owned by Lufthansa for most of its life, Condor ferried many a German tourist off on their holidays over the years. Know for its Lufthansa style liveries, the Yellow-tailed aircraft were a common sight at Germany’s smaller airports like Paderborn and Dusseldorf. Today Condor is in the process of restructuring after the collapse of its parent company, Thomas Cook.
This pin comes from the Airlines Classic era and features the Condor logo in metal, is around the size of a thumbnail, and is ready to adorn a tie of your choice. The pin is a little out of shape, but after so many years, it’s not surprising. Overall the Pin is in very good condition.
